Currently mega family enjoys that rare distinction of sending many heroes to Tollywood at the same time. Good thing is that most of them are successful with box office performance of their films is a minimum guaranteed act.
In 2018, already Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej entertained with the movies Agnyaathavasi, Rangasthalam, Tholiprema and Tej I Love U respectively. While two films among them stunned audiences, two have sunk without any trace. And then we have two more mega family films coming this year, but they two happen to be small films only.
Megastar's Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy biopic "Sye Raa", Charan-Boyapati movie and Varun Tej's Antariksham will hit cinemas next year. Allu Arjun and Sai Dharam's next are yet to be announced. Varun Tej's Antariksham and Allu Sirish's ABCD will release in the first quarter of 2019. That narrows down the mega entertainment to Niharika and Kalyaan Dhev.
While Niharika's Happy Wedding is yet to get a proper date, Kalyan Dhev's debut film "Vijetha" is hitting cinemas on July 12th with no competition around. These are the last two mega films for this year and we have to see how they will fare at box office.
