Viral video: Old woman clangs utensil in front of her hut

On Sunday at 5 pm, people from every nook and corner across the nation gathered and clapped hands, clanged utensils and made noises with bells to express their gratitude, thankfulness and encouragement towards doctors who are putting sedulous efforts in fighting coronavirus. Also, the appreciation goes to nurses, health workers, police and traffic cops, sanitary workers and security staff as well.

The people from various sections came forward to clap hands exactly at 5 pm today and the viral video shows an old woman, sitting in front of her hut and clanging utensil.  

While people are coming out of their houses into balconies and clapped hands, the old woman, who was residing in a slum area, sat in front of her hut, on-road, and stunned everyone with her determination to express her gratitude as well.

This proves that we Indians are truly selfless and people from all forms of life stepped forward in participating Janata curfew. The video depicts that the country's citizens have definitely united in the name of the novel virus and listened to our PM’s call. Beside appreciating our doctors and other fighters, we also take time to applaud this woman for doing her bit to the country.
