Coronavirus: UK Health Minister tests positive

The novel coronavirus, has claimed six lives in the UK and now, Health Minister and Conservative MP for Mid Bedfordshire Nadine Dorries of UK has been diagnosed positive. It is reported that Dorries took all the required and advised precautions soon after tested positive and she is currently been self-isolating at her residence.

The Uk, including six deaths have a total of whopping 382 cases. The very recent case was an 80-year-old man who died in the country. "The NHS will get whatever resources it needs," said the Chancellor Rishi Sunak. Rishi will also work on awareness among self-employed and small business people. Moreover, since the cases are drastically rising in number, NHS England said it is scaling up its capacity for testing the public on the corona.

Talking about Dorries, the Public Health England is currently working on those whom she came into contact, while meticulously following its advice. It is also yet to know how many meetings did Dorries attend in her constituency in the last month. Nadine Dorries tweeted  "pretty rubbish but I hope I'm over the worst of it now". She also raised her concern about her 84-year-old mother who was staying with her. She has begun to cough and it worries Dorries followed by sending her away.

Simultaneously, all health ministers and the Health Secretary Matt Hancock will undergo the testing for the virus, along with other officials who have come into contact with Ms Dorries.
