'Sridevi died due to fainting from low BP'

On February 24, 2018, the legendary Indian actress Sridevi died due to drowning in her hotel room in Dubai. However, her fans suspected the cause of death and didn't want to believe it as just drowning. Various reports emerged at the time of her death like murder, accidental drowning, alcohol intake and cardiac arrest. Therefore, her death has remained a mystery for fans until now, in spite of postmortem reports suggesting as accidental drowning.

A new biography book - 'Sridevi: The eternal screen Goddess', released on Dec 20, 2019, author Satyarth Nyaak revealed that the actress used to suffer from fainting spells, as a result, of her low Blood Pressure problem. The author also revealed that Akkineni Nagarjuna and director Pankaj Parasher have quite a few times iterated that Sridevi had low blood pressure issues.

"Both of these great figures have told me that she fainted in the bathroom. Then I met Srideviji's niece Maheshwari, she also said she had found Sriji collapsed in the bathroom, her face bleeding. Boney Sir also told me that Sriji would suddenly collapse while walking. As I said, she was battling low blood pressure," he quoted

Low Blood Pressure causes temporary loss of consciousness called Syncope and the latest reports suggest that Sridevi suffered from this underlying media condition. So, this makes sense and hope all insensitive imagination and speculations on her death comes to an end.
