Suman Rao wins 2nd runner up in Miss World '19

The prestigious Miss world 2019 beauty pageant was conducted yesterday at the ExCel London and Jamaica's girl Toni-Ann Singh ha emerged as a winner of the competition. Crowned by her predecessor Miss World 2018 Vanessa Ponce from Mexico, the moment has flashed Tony's happiness and excitement vividly. The first and second runner-ups are Ophely Mezino of France and India's Suman Rao respectively.

India's 20-year-old beauty Suman standing among the top three is a proud moment for Indians, who hails from Rajasthan. As we know, Suman Rao won Miss India 2019 title in June this year by representing Rajasthan. Just like how many beauty pageant winners forayed into Bollywood with massive dreams in them, Suman too aspires to become a Bollywood actress sooner or later. For the same, along with her studies, Suman is said to have been occupied with a modelling career. She claims that Deepika Padukone is her inspiration.

Apart from this, Suman is also known for fighting toward gender equality in India, trying to bring a dramatic change and awareness in society. Now, winning the second runner in Miss Wold, Suman has been by default titled Miss World Asia 2019. With a massive 82K followers already on Instagram, Suman Rao confidently represented the country in Miss World, reaching heights. Along with her parents and two brothers, Suman and her family shifted from Udaipur to Mumbai after she turned a year old.
