Foods that contain zinc, antioxidants, vitamin A and E are very important to get rid of zits. Go for friendly options like whole-wheat bread instead of white bread if you are a bread lover. Eat Omega 3 fatty acids like fish, salmon, shrimp, flax seeds and soybean instead of foods rich in omega 6 fatty acids.

Moreover, the most essential step to be taken is to completely avoid soda. Stop drinking soda beverages as it contains lots of refined sugar and sweeteners, which can trigger acne.  Instead, eat as much as oranges and carrots. The common belief of applying its juice extract topically on the face will be of no use. The more healthy inside, the more beautiful you are outside.
