Viral Video: Siddaramaiah Slaps His Party Man In Airport

Congress leader and former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah was seen slapping his party man at the Mysore airport today. It is shocking to witness a scene like that as the incident took place in Siddaramaih's stronghold, leaving no chance for a common man to react. The man is supposedly his aide and he was passing a phone to Siddharamaiah. The move angered the leader and he abused the power by slapping him.

Siddaramaiah, who is on a trip to Mysore and Kodagu to survey the post-flood situation, is notoriously known for losing his cool in the public. This is not the first time as he was on headlines earlier in January for pushing his party leader in Mysore when he had been listening to public grievances. Much earlier in 2016, Siddaramaiah slapped a bureaucrat at the Valmiki Bhawan in Bellari. Another incident this year has Siddaramaih snatching a mic from a woman and hitting her hand during an event in Mysuru.

The already happening protests in Karnataka over the arrest of senior Congress leader DK Shivakumar is on fire, yet, another controversy by Siddaramaiah slapping his aide is bringing in more attention. The incident was caught on the video and it went viral in no time. A popular saying, 'if someone powerful wants you to fail, you will fail, even if you succeed', has become true nowadays, especially in India.

The rude behaviour by Siddaramaiah over the last few years is highly abusive and unacceptable. Twitter reacts to Siddaramaiah's repulsive behaviour saying that he should be treated the same way and the aide has been poured with sympathies.
