Taapsee Hits back at Kangana

Even though Taapsee Pannu started off her career as a Southern actress, she went on to make big in Bollywood by picking up strong subjects.

In a fresh development, the actress gave a counter to Bollywood's most controversial beauty Kangana Ranaut. Taapsee has questioned Kangana on why she hasn't supported her film 'Mission Mangal' which has got high importance for women.

In the past, Kangana has several times accused that there is no support to her films, from the industry. She also alleged that Bollywood does not like to stand for female centric movies.

Not just Kangana, but also her sister Rangoli has attacked Taapsee for copying Kangana.  Taking a swipe at it, Taapsee has now striked at Queen actress on why she didn't come forward to support Mission Mangal which has five leading ladies.

'She (Kangana) always lectures that a woman should stand for a women. Then, why didn't she come forward to praise Mission Mangal. This film has got five leading ladies but why did she not support us? I am junior to her and I do not have the filmography that she has.

But still, I did some commendable work. I am extremely shocked to see comments from Kangana, whom I admire as an actress. I feel happy to be called as Kangana's copy because she's a better actress than me who takes home highest salary. As an actress, I always adore her." - said Taapsee
