Yuvraj's Father Blames Dhoni For India's Defeat

India losing to New-Zealand in World Cup semis has disappointed Indians and former skipper MS Dhoni is inviting huge amount of criticism and at the same time, huge support from fans.

Freshly, Former Indian left-hand batsman Yuvraj Singh's father Yograj Singh has held MS Dhoni responsible for the India's defeat against New Zealand in Semi-finals. Having crushed 7 teams in the league stage, India has topped the table but failed to chase the target of 240 runs in semis and while speaking to a sports channel, Yograj has criticised Dhoni's game. He took a swipe at the way Dhoni's batted in the death overs and building pressure on Ravindra Jadeja. He also commented "Though Jadeja came in for batting at 8, he's able to play big shots comfortably and why can't Dhoni do the same being at the other end? He's asked Jadeja to do the power hitting when he was at 77. Before that, Dhoni suggested Hardik Pandya to play an attacking game against spinners."

Yograj has further posed some harsh questions at Indian Wicket Keeper-cum-batsman: "Mr. Dhoni, you played a lot of cricket, don't you know how to play in such key knockout games? Did Yuvraj ever try to suggest others like you? Why didn't you prefer hitting sixes on bad balls? Were you not bothered about it? There wouldn't be a major change in the result even if he had got out early."
