Two days ago, MS Dhoni has been fined 50% of his IPL match fee for confronting square leg umpire Ulhas Gandhe and for showing his unethical anger. On this, former cricketer Virendra Sehwag feels that Dhoni has been given a light penalty and should have been banned for two or three matches instead.
Dhoni's actions hurt many of his fans and people have criticized his untimely outburst. But, Sehwag is first among cricketers to demand a suspension. Sehwag said that "MS Dhoni did it today and another captain will do the same tomorrow. He set an example. Then what is the value of an Umpire".
He added that Dhoni should be banned for a few more games in IPL tournament. "He could have stayed outside and instead talk to the fourth umpire with his walkie talkie," he quoted.
Sehwag made a controversial statement by saying that if Dhoni showed the same amount of anger during his captaincy days, he would have been happy. He claimed that Dhoni was never this aggressive and now he became a bit too emotional for Chennai team.
