BSNL fails to pay salaries for its Employees

BSNL company is currently facing a big-time hardship. Reportedly, company lack enough money to pay its employees and in fact, no salary has been given to the workers from the past three months. The government has to take action and respond immediately as many employees are going through an unexpected ordeal.

BSNL is a government-owned telecommunications company and from the last 18 years, never such a situation has arisen. The employees complain that they haven't received the salary for the month of February.

Moreover, contractual employees haven't received their salaries for the last 3 months, and in UP, contractual workers haven't received money from the past 6 months.

It is believed that the company has lost its balance under various debts of about Rs.13900 crores and they are gasping for fresh funds. However, the government disagrees with the appeal of getting loans for the company. Since the company has stopped paying without any prior information, the situation of employees has become worse day by day.
