Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja is currently busy with his first ODI against Australia after Hardik Pandya has been pulled back due to illness. His wife, Rivaba Jadeja, has now officially joined BJP yesterday. The couple got married in 2016 and has a daughter.
Rivaba joined BJP in Jamnagar and just five months prior to this, she was appointed as Karni Sena chief of women's wing when she strongly protested against Padmaavat movie. Besides that, she is also a part of the right-wing organization of Kashtriya community.
Yesterday, she was welcomed to the party by Agriculture, Farmers' Welfare and Cooperation Miniter Rancho Faldu and MP Poonam Maadam. Moreover, PM Narendra Modi will visit Jamnagar today and inaugurate several projects and meeting Rivaba could possibly be a part of his schedule. Apart from Rivaba's active participating now in politics, she also looks after Jadeja's restaurant in Jamnagar.
This is not the first time the cricketer's wife is on headlines. She has earlier filed a complaint against a cop for assaulting her and also for ramming her car into the cop's bike.
