The chairman and the largest shareholder of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani, is now the 8th richest man in the world, according to the Hurun Global Rich List 2019. He has the net worth of USD 54 billion. On the other hand, his brother, Anil Ambani, lost over 65 per cent of his net worth while fighting bankruptcy.
Hurun richest people list has been topped by Amazon chief Jeff Bezos and this is the second time he is stuck to the number one position. As per the sources, Mukesh Ambani has added $30 million to his wealth in the past seven years. Meanwhile, Anil has lost 5$ billion. The Hurun list index will measure individual wealth as of January 31.
