Actor Siddharth Malhotra has appeared on Koffee with Karan show on Star World with his friend Aditya Roy Kapoor and it was all about fun and masti.
On this show, Siddharth opened up about his break up with actor Alia Bhatt for the first time. He said that there were many ups and downs in the relationship and that is when they chose to break up. He made it clear that things have stopped working in between them and so, he felt that they should move on by going far away from each other.
Karan began asking Siddharth whether he was also seeing his Gentleman co-star Jacqueline Fernandez, but Sid replied that Jacqueline is just a good friend. Sid also spoke about his current rapport with Alia and said that he hasn't met her till now after they broke up. "I don't think it (our relationship) is bitter. I think we haven't really met after that to be honest. And it is civil. It's been a while. It happens. It is like any other relationship. I have known her (Alia) for much longer. I did know her even before we were dating. Not that we met as a particular girlfriend-boyfriend thing. So it'll remain. It is just a matter of coming back whether it is work, whether it is socialising," Sidharth said about life post the breakup with Alia.
Well, all of us know that Alia is in relationship with Ranbir Kapoor.
When Karan asked whether he felt bad after the breakup, Sid said, "Not much. I know that I can't live with her forever. I will never forget my moments with her. My first film was with her and even took my first shot with her. So how can I forget all those."
