Bollywood Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan never ceases to surprise viewers with the kind of films he pick up but his previous movie 'Thugs of Hindostan' has hugely disappointed his fans and the film bashed up severely after the release.
The actor took the complete blame on him in the past and said result of the film was a great 'learning experience' to him. Also featuring Katrina Kaif and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead, the action adventure film got released on 8th November, 2018.
Recently, the Dangal actor had a chit chat with media during the promotions of his short film 'Rubaru Roshini'. Responding to a media guy's query on Thugs of Hindostan failure, Aamir said: "When the movie released, most of the viewers said they liked it. But, they have got complete freedom and I respect their opinion." When he's asked why the film had to face so much criticism, which was not the case for his previous failures, he funnily stated: "It has been a long time I delivered a failure. So, it was a fair opportunity for audience to display their anger and frustration."
Aamir Khan further added: "Every director plans to make a great movie but it's a very tough task to execute it. When filmmakers make blunders while attempting for a great movie, it certainly keeps me on the receiving end. Generally, we learn from such mistakes and move forward. But since, audiences come to theatres considering I am leading the film, I take all the responsibility if it fails."
