Cashing on the craze that Bigg Boss2 has given him, actor Tanish is trying to revive his career as a hero. Earlier he tried a hand at villain roles through Krishna Vamsi's Nakshatram, but that film displaced careers of all the actors involved.
After coming out of Bigg Boss 2 house, Tanish immediately announced the release of his long pending movie 'Rangu'. And then, the makers confirmed that this film is a biopic of sorts as it is loosely based on the life and times of a Vijayawada based rowdy sheeter named Lara, whose original name is Gunturu Pawan Kumar.
Now trouble has come out in the form of Lara's relatives, who claim that the makers have showcased the life of their heartthrob without taking permission from them. And they clarified that Lara is not rowdy, though a rowdy-sheet was registered on him in the year 2000. In case if Rangu makers proceed with the release without showing them a final copy, they threatened to stall the release.
All this sounds bizarre because you can't expect to make a biopic on some unknown person in the first place and then relatives of that unknown man now making a fuss out of it.
