Responding for the first time after severe allegations by Tanushree Dutta, Nana Patekar said he is considering legal action and claims support from the film unit. Saying that there were around 50 to 100 people on sets then, Nana Patekar simply says it is a waste talking to media regarding this.
Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment during the shoot of a special song for the film 'Horn Ok Pleasss' ten years ago. According to Tanushree, Nana wanted to make a intimate step with her though the choreography was planned and rehearsed as a solo. She also accused him of using political connections to threaten her.
On the otherside, the then dance choreagrapher Ganesh Acharya rubbished Tanushree's allegations calling it 'some misunderstanding' and so did the director of the film. When asked about Tanushree's allegations, Amitabh Bachchan refused to comment saying he is neither Tanushree nor Nana Patekar to speak on it. Aamir Khan chose to respond with diplomatic words. Salman Khan too responded that he is not aware of it and let the legal teams take care of the issue.
Nana Patekar's recent picture in which he posed with his 'Housefull 4' team simply looked like he was not aware of these allegations.
