Anupama Parameswaran, who shot to fame in Malayalam with Premam, has made her own mark in Telugu in a very less time. She has become quite big in Telugu and busy with a pipeline of films. In the mean time, she has stayed away from Malayalm and got busy in Telugu.
Ask her what is the reason for not signing a Malayalam film for long. What made her stay away from Mollywood? "It's not that I don't want to do Malayalam films. When I got good scripts from Malayalam, I was busy in Telugu. So, I couldn't take up them. When I'm free, I've got some offers from Malayalam. But I didn't like those scripts. That's why I couldn't do much in Malayalam," said Anupama.
Anupama said, "Unlike Telugu, the film schedules in Malayalam are long and happen at a stretch. Whereas in Telugu film industry, the schedules are split. So for me to allot bulk dates for a Malayalam film wasn't possible due to my hectic schedule in Telugu."
Anupama, who is waiting for the release of Tej I Love You, is pinning hopes on Karunakaran's magical chemistry of romance. It is learnt that the whole story of the film revolves around Anupama's character and she plays central role in the story. Let's see whether this film would be another feather in her cap or not.
